Submitting this form does not guarantee availability or confirm an order.
Only a 50% deposit confirms that your date and design are reserved for you.
A minimum lead time of 2 weeks is required for custom cake orders; rush orders may incur an additional fee if accepted.
Full payment is due within 3 days of receiving the final invoice. Your deposit will be applied towards the final balance.
Pickup details will be shared once the order is confirmed. If delivery is selected and available, delivery fees will apply.
Order modifications will not be accepted within 5 days of your pickup/delivery date.
Cancellations prior to 2 weeks of the pickup/delivery date are entitled to a 75% refund. If cancellation occurs within two weeks of the pickup/delivery date, 50% of the order total will be refunded.
